About Stephanie Ferguson
Stephanie was born and raised in the Crossroads area and is now raising her family here as well. “I enjoy living in Victoria because it has the feel of a small town but with several big city amenities. Not to mention, it’s a short drive to local beaches, larger shopping malls, and sporting events.”
Stephanie graduated from University of Houston-Victoria with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. She is a local business owner and has always had an interest in real estate. Having been personally involved in many residential and commercial property transactions, including leasing, she decided to obtain her real estate license. She has an extensive background in customer service and negotiations. Stephanie’s focus is on her clients. She is hard-working, goal driven, and brings a fresh outlook to the industry.
Stephanie is a member of the Victoria area Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
