For Luz, clients quickly become friends. Her deep capacity for care stems from her rich personal life. When her children were younger, she spent 10 years as a stay-at-home mom; a role she credits as one of the hardest, most rewarding jobs on the planet. Today, she is devoted to her husband, her three beautiful children and son-in-law, plus her two grandsons, who call her “Lala” and are the absolute lights of her life. As a pastor’s daughter, faith and service are woven into Luz’s DNA. She has structural roots in leadership, having volunteered as a youth leader, women’s coordinator, and assistant mission director.
During Luz’s ten years with Cornerstone Properties, she has assisted over 120 clients in successfully closing on properties in Victoria and the surrounding Crossroads and South Texas area, reaching over $22 million in career sales. With over a dozen transactions already closed so far in 2026, she continues to prove that her “clients first” mentality is the ultimate key to getting people to the closing table.
When she isn’t helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you can find Luz spending quality time with family and volunteering when she can at incredible nonprofits like the Crossroads Therapeutic Equestrian Center, an organization that holds a very special place in her heart. For Luz, giving back to her community through both her work and her volunteerism is a true joy.
