About Kari Boldt
Kari exemplifies sincerity, trustworthiness, organization, and hard work in every transaction. Born and raised in the Victoria area, Kari spent 7 years in the education system after receiving a B.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Victoria. While teaching, Kari enrolled at Champions School of Real Estate and in 2018 she received her Real Estate License and made the transition from education to a full time Real Estate Agent.
Coming from a background in education she has the people skills to help each of her clients feel at ease when it comes to buying and/or selling their home. She realizes both are big decisions full of emotions and is there for her clients through every step of the process. It is her goal to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for her clients.
Kari is very meticulous making sure her clients fully understand the commitment, process, and legal documents necessary for their transaction. She is there for you through the process of financing, advertising your home, to the
scheduling of inspections, negotiations, and the handling of paperwork through closing. She understands and strives to make the entire process of buying or selling a stress free and enjoyable experience. She takes great pride in her work and believes in a good work ethic.
Kari currently resides in Port Lavaca with her husband, Steven, and their young daughter Blayke. They enjoy spending time on the Texas coast, traveling, and being with family. In Kari’s spare time she enjoys crafting and interior decorating.
Kari is a member of the Victoria Area Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
