Having worked in the Oil and Gas business as a Petroleum Landman for over 25 years, Denise understands the importance of being organized and getting things done in an efficient and timely manner. Her high level negotiating skills have been developed through the dealings of the many associated contracts in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Denise is married with two adult children, with one being a graduate of Texas A&M University and the other a current student at Texas A&M University.

She is a lifetime member of Our Lady of Victory Church. In her spare time she enjoys family time, CrossFit, fishing on the Texas coast, gardening, baking and Aggie football.

Denise is a member of the Victoria Area Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Central Texas MLS.
