Although new in the real estate world, Carlos Chapa is no stranger to customer service here in Victoria. He has always been a ‘hands on” type manager in every aspect of his professional life, which he strongly suggests he learned from his father at a young age, who would always instill the core values and ethics that he displays to this day. He lives by his father’s words “Always do everything you can, for everyone you can, and always look your best doing it”.  With that being said, his career started with Casa Ole Restaurant, where he spent his first nine years in customer service, starting as a server and ending as assistant General Manager.  He was recruited from the restaurant industry and joined the automotive industry and quickly went from Sales to Finance Manager and then obtained the Sales Manager position. After sixteen years in the automotive world, Carlos was ready for a change, but wanted to continue to serve his community, which he has done his whole life. He made the move to Cornerstone Properties, where he knows he can maintain the relationships that he has made over the years and hopefully create new ones.

Carlos, who was the youngest of eight, was born and raised in Victoria, and proudly claims that him and every one of his brothers and sisters all still live here in Victoria, where they will always call “home”.  He is a graduate of St Joseph High School’s class of 1991, and remains married to his high school sweetheart Christy, and has two precious little girls, Avery and Ainslee. He claims that your family and your faith should always be the most important things in your life, and every decision that you make should be in honor of the two. His display of moral character, strong ethics, and his passion for helping others will remain the core foundation in which he practices his real estate career.
