About Betty Jo Wheeler
Betty Jo Wheeler has been a Texas Licensed Realtor since 1998. Her Real Estate career started in the Houston/Sugarland area. Betty Jo is an organized sales professional possessing strong listening and follow up skills. She builds trust with clients to create a positive relationship. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Betty Jo was a Banquet and Catering Manager for Old San Francisco Steak House in Houston, Westwood Country Club, and The Houston City Club. She also spent 14 years in the home and small business security system design sales business with national and local companies. Betty Jo spent every summer as a child in Victoria visiting family and she relocated to Victoria in 2015.
Betty Jo graduated from an all-girl Catholic high school, Incarnate Word Academy, Houston Business School, and University of Houston. She’s a member of Our Lady of Sorrows where she is a server and helps with the baptism program. Betty Jo is an American Red Cross volunteer and the recipient of the 2021 Rising Star Volunteer Award for the Texas Gulf Coast Region, and a member of the Catholic War Veterans Auxiliary, St. John’s Post 1269, Victoria, TX.
She enjoys the outdoors and spends her time fishing, hunting, scuba diving, playing golf (attempting at least), gardening, camping, hiking, cooking, and baking, Her favorite activity is spending time with her precious grandchildren and their parents making happy memories.
Betty Jo is a member of the Victoria Area Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Central Texas MLS.
