This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 153 homes for sale in Victoria County. 19 new homes hit the market last week. 19 homes closed and a total of 38 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 121 days and homes sold for 97.7% of the list price. The average days on the market seems a bit high, but some homes that had been on the market a long time closed which made the average higher, but also shows that more homes are being sold. There are plenty of buyers looking for homes to purchase, which makes it the perfect time to list your house for sale.
