There were 16 homes sold and a total of 29 homes that went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 114 days and homes sold for 98% of the list price. This week’s average days on the market increased partially because of new construction listings that take time to complete and close. It is also a great market for buyers with more homes being listed and staying on the market.
