As of Monday morning, there are 282 active listings of homes for sale in Victoria. Last week, 23 new homes hit the market and a total of 24 homes went under contract. 19 homes closed last week for an average of 96.2% of list price and an average of 91 days on the market.
We are seeing more homes hit the market which is great for buyers and providing more options. We also saw a drop in average days on the market so newer homes priced competitively are moving faster.
