This contiues to be lower than we have seen this count in quite some time. 28 new homes hit the market last week. 16 homes closed and a total of 26 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 78 days and homes sold for 97.2% of the list price. With the increase of buyers in the market, we are seeing homes sell faster as new homes hit the market.
