This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 232 homes for sale in Victoria County. 22 new homes hit the market last week. 21 homes closed and a total of 36 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 111 days and homes sold for 95.8% of the list price. The average days on the market increased by nearly 30 days over last week’s report. This is a good sign for sellers who have had their house on the market for a while, because those are some of the houses that closed last week. With the increase of buyers in the market, these older listings are getting new views.
