This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 252 homes for sale in Victoria County. 24 new homes hit the market last week. 22 homes closed and a total of 22 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 80 days and homes sold for 96.9% of the list price. As we get closer to spring, we are seeing more buyers entering the market and this past week we saw an increase in homes listed and active homes on the market!
