Whether you are thinking about buying a home or selling your home, it is very important to understand the current market. Let’s take a look at the home sales for Victoria for the end of January and beginning of February 2024.
This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 244 homes for sale in Victoria County. 36 new homes hit the market last week. 18 homes closed and a total of 29 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 111 days and homes sold for 92.7% of the list price. We saw more activity last week than in previous weeks. This is partially due to improving interest rates and the number of new homes hitting the market in January.
