Happy Monday and Happy December! As we have entered the last month of the year, now more than ever it is important for buyers and sellers to understand the current market trends. Let’s take a look at the home sales for Victoria for the end of November 2023.
This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 263 homes for sale in Victoria County. 22 new homes hit the market last week. 8 homes closed and a total of 12 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 95 days and homes sold for 94.5% of the list price. We are seeing a slow down in closings and homes going under contract which is partially due to the holiday season, but also because of interest rates.
