As of Monday morning, there are 320 active listings of homes for sale in Victoria. Last week, 32 new homes hit the market and a total of 13 homes went under contract. 12 homes closed last week for an average of 96.6% of list price and an average of just 52 days on the market. Cornerstone Properties was part of nearly 35% of last week’s closings assisting two buyers and two sellers.
The trend shows that buyers have a great advantage with 320 active listings in Victoria County. Buyers have more options to choose from and negotiation power. Sellers need to price their homes competitively, work with their agents to market effectively to attact buyers, and have a willingness to work with buyers. Changes in interest rates will also play a factor in the upcoming 4th quarter of 2026.
