Active residential listings in Victoria are approaching 300 which we haven’t seen in a while. This is great news for buyers giving them more options to choose from. With the 23 closings last week and average days on the market at just 62 days, we are seeing a trend of more newer listings closing. Now is the time for sellers to work with buyers and to price their homes competitively to attract potential buyers from day one. Buyers are out there, but they are looking for move-in ready homes for a good price.
