As of Monday morning, there are 256 active listings of homes for sale in Victoria. Last week, 23 new homes hit the market and a total of 30 homes went under contract. 19 homes closed last week for an average of 88.8% of list price and an average of 132 days on the market.
The jump in average sales price being 88.8% of the list price is due to just 1 property that sold for a substantial amount less. If we remove that one transaction from the list, the average is 96.1% for the remaining which is right on track with the past several weeks.
