This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 216 homes for sale in Victoria County. This is the lowest we have seen this count in quite some time. Only 6 new homes hit the market last week. 14 homes closed and a total of 31 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 132 days and homes sold for 95.3% of the list price. The average days on the market increased again this week. This is a good sign for sellers who have had their house on the market for a while. With the increase of buyers in the market, these older listings are getting new views.
