This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 243 homes for sale in Victoria County. 26 new homes hit the market last week. 13 homes closed and a total of 20 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 61 days and homes sold for 97.3% of the list price. This week shows that homes were on the market fewer days and sold for a little more on average. The local market is starting to see more activity as we get closer to the busy summer months.
