This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 245 homes for sale in Victoria County. 18 new homes hit the market last week. 11 homes closed and a total of 21 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 139 days and homes sold for 93.9% of the list price. The average days on the market is high this week, but one home was on the market for over 2 years. If we remove that home from the equation, the average days on the market lowered to 79 days.
