This week’s Monday Market Watch report shows 145 homes for sale in Victoria County which is a drop from prior weeks. Only 6 new homes hit the market last week which isn’t surprising after the Thanksgiving holiday. 37 homes closed and a total of 34 homes went pending or under contract. The average days on the market is 97 days and homes sold for 96.5% of the list price. The average days on the market are skewed a bit with one home that was on the market over 500 days, so the average on the remaining homes is much lower.
