EDUCATION Nelda completed her real estate education through course study at Victoria College, American College of Real Estate and the National Real Estate Institute, receiving her Broker's license in 1978. Nelda has continued her education through Realtors National Marketing Institute to receive the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 1995. CRS is a designation held by less than 4% of all real estate agents. Nelda also holds the professional designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and e-PRO, a National Association of Realtor Technology designation.
